In Tune

Connection. Immediately, it triggers a thought of power, vitality, and support. In today's world thi ngs can get so crazy that it makes you reflect on, "What is your connection?" How do you survive day to day; what source do you rely on to sustain you? Often times, I think we experience a famine. You know that feeling when you feel a spot of emptiness that aches and gnaws at your bones. It continues to grow into a bottomless pit before you know it? It seems that whatever cloud has settled upon you seems inescapable and never ending. This then prompts you to think, "Why am I starving?" Think about what daily words of meditation are you reflecting on? What songs are you listening you that will soothe your spirit or trigger an impromptu dance just because? We often forget to find our quiet time each day to get in tune with the power that connects and sustains us. How can we conquer the world if we don't take the time to reflect with the one that created it? Continuing to starve can no longer be an excuse. There is an abundance of food for thought and soul that can fulfill us with the nourishment we need to survive. All we have to do is choose to sit at the table and feast. Bon appetit anyone?
